GPOY TIME~! Jumpin’ on the bandwagon! (Plus, I’ve been meaning to share this…)
So on the 8th of this month, I looked like the top photo.
Then I decided summer was here and it was gonna get too hot and after 6 years, I was finally sick of the long hair.
So now I look like this:

I hacked off over 8 inches or so.
The best part? I was sick the day after I did it, so when I finally got back to work… almost no one noticed.
The two that did only noticed after lunch. (But yay! At least they did. :P)
Only 1 more person has noticed since then.
My superpower? BEING INVISIBLE!
BWAHAHA BEWARE! You never know when I might be there!
So back in 2005ish (approximately), I shared an apartment with a girl from high school that I thought I was good friends with.
She ended up not being good friends with me, but in reality had taken on the “Keep your enemies closer” mindset, because she was afraid I’d steal her boyfriend.
(She admitted it with her own mouth after a few years of being close friends…)
Well, then after they split up, she decided she hated my guts for remaining friends with him and continuing to hang out with him. (Ahem. I’m looking at you, buddy…)
So then she was evicted for not paying rent…and she moved out while I wasn’t home. I never saw her again.
Until the other day.
Between the hours of 11PM and whenever the hell I manage to finally fall asleep - I spend all my energy dreading the next day.
*SIGH*
I’m looking for a way to increase the activity on my actual blog. But I seem to lack the ability to come up with any idea as to what I should be posting about.
Based on my interests, I basically fall in the “Geek Entertainment” category.
Anyone have any constructive comments or suggestions on how I could be more productive?
I think my keshigomu collection is getting a bit large. Put a couple on your desk and say you like them and everyone buys them. :D
I just got 12 more from my co-worker who just got back from visiting Japan. In fact, last time she went home she brought me back a bag of erasers. I have those at home though. I could bring them back to work but I’m not sure where on earth I would put them.
My desk looks like a kid’s desk. No wonder people don’t take me seriously and think I’m still a student.
Man…
I get a week off work for Spring Break.
Normally, that’d be pretty cool. The only benefit I have seen so far? I get to stay up as late as I want (hence being up at 6AM) and sleep as long as I want.
Other than that?
Pfft. I have no friends, nowhere to go, and nothing to do except clean my house.
My social life sucks beyond repair. Where do people my age go?
The highlight of my spring break? Probably painting a room and relocating my computer desk.
What a waste…
Check me out! I’m ready for St. Patrick’s Day now.
And in addition to getting my nails festified - I also experienced having half of one ripped off by an incompetent pedicurist who was trying to take off my old set to get me ready for the manicurist.
Oddly, I didn’t feel it at the time because she kept applying pressure to my fingertips while trying to take it off…but once she finished, she said, “Oh! Do you hurt?”
I looked down and was like…. “O.O”
Half my real nail was gone and it was all red and kinda bloody…
She ain’t touching me again. That’s for damn sure.
I’m having some serious klutz issues this week.
I mysteriously jammed my finger and didn’t notice it. I broke the pedal on my bike by running into a tree or a rock (luckily nothing more major than that.) I’ve slammed both elbows into doors, tables, cabinets, etc. several times so that they’re a bit bruised.
I almost fell down the stairs yesterday. I just slammed my head into the desk trying to plug my tablet in to charge. And I keep either walking into door jambs or narrowly missing them my adjusting my balance at the last moment.
I don’t know if my balance is off or what…
I’m a generally clumsy person but I haven’t walked into walls and doors since I was a kid, when I was constantly falling down and bumping into stuff.
What is going on…?
