Have you heard of Traveler’s Joy? When you get married, in lieu of registering for new china, you can register to cover the costs of your dream travel honeymoon and individual items you would like to have for your trip. Send out your personalized link with your invitations and guests make contributions to your honeymoon in Europe (or wherever) instead of bringing you five blenders you’ll have to wait in line to return. Truly brilliant and I’ll probably do something similar if I ever tie the knot.
WOW! I don’t want a wedding at all and we already share a house, so we have everything we need anyway - so this is an amazing idea!
